People Mean Business is headed by Tracy Isbell, a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, who possesses 20 years experience in HR and Training related roles, at operational, managerial and strategic level within the public and private sectors. Committed to best practice in people management and development, Tracy has a reputation for seeing things through, being down to earth and maintaining a sense of humour!
